[Fredslist] Need Northeast property with cabins

I am helping a new summer camp find a home for 2010 - property with some
cabins (could be a school or environmental education center as well), to
house up to 150 kids/staff. They will also live in yurts/tee-pees.

The location needs to be within 3 hours or less driving distance from
Manhattan.
