[Fredslist] looking for former DA or AG to talk to

Dear Gotham,

 

I participated in a complaint filed to a trade association by 13 people
relative to a particular member of that association. (Nothing to do with
Gotham and not in NY)  The document is 258 pages large and I have a copy.
What the document may show is criminal fraud and I am hoping to seek advice
from someone that can tell me if it meets the definition and prima facie
requirements. In addition the 13 people come from 9 different states around
the country so if it does I need guidance where to file the criminal
complaint. Can anyone recommend who I can speak to?
