I have a client looking to obtain financing in Barcelona.  Please see
the scenario below and advise if you; your firm or anyone you know who
might be interested in financing this project.  Any leads will be
greatly appreciated.

 

Loan details:

 

Loan amount: aprox. 200 Million Euros

Interest rate: Euribor 6 months + spread

Interest rate: variable

Financing term: 180 month

Grace period: 48 month

Instalment type: fixed

Instalment payment system: quarterly

Purpose of the loan: The entire loan would be used to continue the
development of real estate projects and to invest in new real estate
projects.

 

I have Loan Security Details and will forward them upon request.
