[Fredslist] Use your membership by riding the circuit.

I had the opprotunity to ride the circuit to the Westchester group last
week. Little did I know that it is only a hop, skip and jump away from
Stamford. Phyllis Harbinger and Mike Zeldes run a very intersting meeting
and  it was good to make some new contacts and reconnect woth some people
that I met at the Westchester Holiday party in December.

 

Yesterday I went to the Diversity group and finally met the infamous Kelly
Wells. When I read her bio on Fred's list or the Gotham Gazette (I can't
remember where I read it) a while ago I was so impressed with her background
and accomplishments I was anxious to meet her and see how terrific this
woman really is. And she proved me right. If you haven't met her go to the
meeting and find out for yourself.

I also enjoyed hearing Phyllis Weiss Hasserot speak on inter generational
issues. We met before the meeting to get to know each other a little better
and her presentation at the meeting was very intersting and informative. If
you haven't heard her presentation I highly recommend it. 

 

Riding the circuit is one of the best ways to make use of your Gotham
membership and to meet lots of fabulous people from the tribe! I am looking
forward to attending the Women's group next week.
