When you can stabilize you occupancy costs by acquiring your commercial
space with 90% financing under my SBA 504 program its time to do the
math. Add you rent to you net profits and "surplus" personal income (ask
your CPA about the annual write-off the tax law allows for depreciation
that reduces your taxes) and you'll find it's likely it is time to
consider "buy" instead of rent.
