Good afternoon along the network,
 
How well do you know your fellow Gothamites?
 
Before you answer this, take into account the fact that the more time you
spend one to one with someone, the more you learn about them.
 
This is something I know, however, I was caught in the loop recently.  Found
out a lot of things about a client and Gothamite, even though I know the
person for three years.
 
What is it that you don't know about your clients and fellow Gothamites.
How do you know what you don't know?
