[Fredslist] Seeking cooking courses

Hi Gotham

 

I was wondering if anyone had any information on cooking classes offered on
Long Island.  I'm not looking for a culinary degree, just some cooking
classes as a hobby (to bide my time until the golf courses thaw).

 

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
