All are welcome to attend the first meeting of the Suffolk Bar Corporations
and Commercial Law Committee Meeting for 2009 on 1/20 /09 at 5:30 p.m. at
the Suffolk Bar Association, located at 560 Wheeler Road, Hauppauge, New
York.
We will be discussing PIERCING THE CORPORATE VEIL. Bryan Van Cott, a
partner at Twomey, Latham, Shea, Kelley, Dubin & Quartararo, will lead the
discussion. Bryan has a general practice with an emphasis on corporate and
commercial transactions, business law, real estate matters and civil
