Gothamites,

   Here's an article arguing that Bernie Madoff may have pled guilty to a crime that he didn't commit.

   Essentially arguing that committing a Ponzi scheme with seasoned, professional investors is highly unlikely: and dear old Bernie is pleading guilty so his investors can claim they were defrauded and get compensated by the American taxpayer and the insurers.
