I am working on a Florida case.  We need to bring an expedited motion to
continue the trial date.

Someone told us that we need to file an emergency motion for protective
orer to continue trial.

For the life of me I cannot find anything in the Florida Civil Rules of
Procedure or Rules of Court that allow for an emergency motion OR a
protective order for anything except discovery motions.

Does anyone have any guidance for me as to what procedure I should be
using?

We are in Palm Beach County
