in Financial Planning & Employee Benefits Consulting since 1996. 

We are seeking to fill the position of Group Benefits Administrator. 

As a Group Benefits Administrator, you will have an impact on the benefit programs of many of our major clients by working with principals to review the employee benefit programs of these clients, perform competitive analysis, develop pricing strategies, and manage client plans. 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: 

· Pricing benefit options for medical, dental, managed care, life, disability and flexible benefits; 

· Evaluating managed care programs and preparing reports on findings; 

· Analyzing vendor proposals and negotiating vendor renewals; 

· Advising on data issues and addressing client benefit questions; 

· Participating in a variety of special projects such as preparing RFPs, and contract/vendor renewal analysis; 

· Managing complex client projects to ensure their delivery on time and within budget; 

· Interacting with clients on a daily basis; 

· Marketing our group health and welfare services. 

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; 
Very comfortable working in a team environment; 
HealthConnect & Paperport, Microsoft Office & ACT skills a plus.
