TODAY, February 4, 2008, from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m., the New York State Office
of Court Administration will be providing an informational program on how to
become a Mediator for the Suffolk Commercial Division.
The session will include a discussion of training requirements for
mediators and protocols for participation under the newly promulgated rules
governing mediation in connection with the Suffolk Commercial Part.
Applications for those interested in participating in this program will be
made available.
The program will be held at the SCBA, 560 Wheeler Road, Hauppauge, and all
are invited to attend. 1 hour of CLE will be provided.
