[Fredslist] labor attorney needed re disabled person

[sandra busell]

friend asked for an attorney recommendation for the following:  person with
brain cancer is being  "retired" from DA's office, certain number of weeks
being paid and then being put on LTD. she is not fighting the "layoff" but
wants someone who is familiar with these type documents to review and ensure
that she is getting everything she is entitled to.  recommendations please.
