[Fredslist] Resumes with Photographs

Dear Colleagues:  We have always discouraged people from submitting resumes
with a personal photograph.  With the rise of social networking sites
(millions can see who you are, what you look like, etc.) it seems to us
there is the potential for discrimination.  If you are a staffing or human
resources professional, what is your opinion and what do you advise
applicants   If you are an applicant who incorporates a personal photograph
into your resume, what reactions, positive or negative, have you
