[Fredslist] Washington, DC unpaid internship need for friend's son; Gotham Magic needed, please!

Hi Gothamites,

The son of a longtime friend of mine needs an Unpaid Internship in Washington, DC from September to December.  Patrick is a senior at George Washington University, majoring in Sociology, minoring in German.  I've known him since he was 6.  He's bright, responsible, caring, a graduate of Bronx Science; interested in fair housing, working with youth, and the media. 

There is concern that he will lose his financial aid if he cannot find an unpaid internship.  Since his mom is an ESL teacher, financial aid is necessary.
