[Fredslist] young, gifted spanish speaking musician and dad need home for 2 months

 A friend sent me the following request for housing for a young musician and
his dad. The family lives in the suburbs of San Jose, Costa Rica in a place
called Herredia. Dad is Juan Morales Salas, aka "Johnny".  He has a 14 year
old son who  is an AMAZINGLY GIFTED pianist. He has already played at
Carnigie Hall and was invited back this summer to study in New York, May 1 -
end of July under a famous teacher named Ana María Trenchi Bottazzi. He is
also invited to play at Carnigie Hall on Jun 19 or 20, 2009.

 They were all set to come to NY and study, however the host family that
they were going to stay with SUDDENLY cannot accommodate them at this time.
They were given very little notice of this and for obvious reasons, Johnny
does not want his son to miss this opportunity. He or his wife will
accompany their son for the 2-3 months and they're in need of a host family
where they can rent a room (or two) and live during this time.

 They are Costa Rican, speak only Spanish so ideally a family that speaks
some Spanish would be great, or maybe a teenager who speaks some Spanish and
is learning in school. The reality is that Johnny & his son need to learn
English too, so no Spanish is okay too! They will pay for their expenses and
room rental. Ultimately, they're looking for a SAFE, SECURE family to stay
with who is located within an hour or less train ride of the school
(Manhasset).

The school is located at 351 Plandome Rd, Manhasset, NY 11030.  Johnny said
that when they were in NY before staying in Manhattan, they took the
metro/train to the Port Washington stop. Hope this helps you find him a
possible Host Family. Thanks for your help.
Remember, it's for Johnny and his 14 yr. old son. They can share a room with
two small beds or one big one.
