Much thanks to Keith Costa for working with me, his fellow Gotham
Westchester 1 member.

 

I had expressed in one of our Gotham meetings that I would be interested in
being introduced to people facing bankruptcy and that

may need to sell their commercial property.

 

After the meeting, Keith approached me and said that he could provide me
with a list all of the Attorney Trustees who would be involved in the

sale of such properties in NY and CT.

 

Soon after, Keith provided me with the list of these firms with names of who
to call, of which most knew him.

 

Together we crafted a letter of introduction which I have mailed and I am
currently calling to introduce my self to these Trustees.
