Group:  My son, who has just moved back from California, signed a lease.
Problem:  Time Warner will not allow him to connect to cable as the previous
tenant placed a seasonal hold on the account.  Previous tenant has moved
back to London.  We  can prove that tenant has moved out.  Time Warner won't
listen.  My daughter-in-law is 8 months pregnant and doesn't need further
aggravation.  I know that Gotham can perform magic..  Can it do the magic
for my son and I?  Thanks in advance to all.  Perhaps a well placed call to
a higher authority in Time Warner would help.  We are desperate.
