[Fredslist] Former NY Judges as good arbitrators

Does anyone have any recommendations of former federal or state judges who
would be fair, impartial arbitrators in a substantial securities arbitration
we commenced on behalf of institutional and individual investors against a
major investment bank regarding hedge fund fraud?  We are attempting to
agree on a panel of arbitrators with our adversary.  Please respond directly
