[Fredslist] Judge Sack of the Second Circuit Speaking At The Suffolk Bar

Tomorrow, Wednesday, October 29, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. at the Suffolk Bar in
Hauppauge, the Suffolk Bar's Appellate Practice Committee is having
Judge Robert Sack of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second
Circuit as their guest speaker.  It is an informal meeting where Judge
Sack will field practitioners' questions on issues related to appeals in
the Second Circuit.  Food will be served.  If possible, please RSVP by
