It was an awesome experience and a great race.  I felt strong throughout and
learned a lot for the next one.  I now know I could have and can push myself
harder.  But the first one is for learning about that.



Thanks for all of your words of encouragement.and given yesterday's blog, I
thought of you each time I was spitting on the course.which was frequently!
