     I need some friendly help! One of my roommates unfortunately
might move out of the U.S. This means that my other roommate and I are
searching for a new roommate. We have to re-sign our lease on April 15th,
but move in date would be the end of May. The rent is incredibly reasonable
for our wonderful NYC Stuvyesant town apt in a safe, quiet neighborhood
with access to all subways & buses. There are many tasty local restaurants
and shops in the neighborhood that make living here easy and enjoyable. We
are both NYU graduate students and the apt is only a 15 min walk to campus
or a free NYU trolley is available.
