Hi All,

 

I have a client I am helping, I worked with her about ten years
ago and she has contacted me again for claims help.

 

But she had a question I couldn't answer, I will paste it in
below and if anybody has anything to offer I would certainly
appreciate it.

Here's the question:

 

Can you help me identify an attorney that is not only familiar
with health privacy law, but effective.  I have a married in
family member soon to be divorced that is meddling with my health
information and his "friend" a nurse (RN) that is abusing her
position to meddle and report both false and inaccurate data.
