Dear Tribe,

My 8 month old and expensive Dell laptop crashed last Wednesday.
(I am a queen of back up, so I have not lost a single file.)

I have a 24 hour service contract with Dell, but my computer
still not working.  Finding out what is actually creating the
problem turned out to be a major issue. So far they replaced the
docking station, the mother board and video card.  Parts numbers
3 to 6 is sitting at DHL since this morning, but no one is
picking up.

Is there someone out there who has a connection to Dell and can
pull some strings?

I am counting on you Gotham.
