Kudos to you for reaching out to Gotham to work its magic.  I am about to mail the attached letter.

I have been impressed with your stories of Lisa and Kristoffer's work in Kenya, having visited there 3 years ago, marveling at their courage and tenacity, as well as the incredible opportunity for them to live and work there.  I worried about them when I heard about the violence in Nairobi.  I am happy to do a little something to contribute to their well being.

Their plight with T-Mobile reminds me of my very first cell phone bill, which was over $3500, as some one 'highjacked' my number at an airport.  It was sickening, but speedily remedied by the cell service provider (don't remember which one, but know it wasn't TMobile) which unquestioningly wiped out all of the charges for the stolen time.  It's appalling that TMobile isn't doing the same.
