Summer is almost here and my Fire Island Pines House (two houses from the beach) will once again be available for rental to interested Gothamites.  It is fully furnished (with all linens and utensils included) 4-bedroom (sleeps up to ten people comfortably), 2-bath with living room, full-size kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer, hot-tub, front and back decks, satellite TV in living room and all bedrooms, wireless computer, full video library, etc.  The rent is  $5000/week for holiday weeks and $4000/week plus a small fee for the cleaning service and hot-tub maintenance.  Photos are available for serious inquiries.  It is already rented July 18-August 1;  the normal rental periods at Fire Island are from Friday at Noon to Friday at Noon.  Please contact me directly.
