Gotham -

As many of you know, Gotham has it's own 501(c)3 with 100% pass through.

We are pleased to announce that Open House recently adopted The Welles
Remy Crowther Charitable Trust as it's "charity of choice". Open House
member Jeff Crowther is the founder and trustee of this very special
organization. 100% of all donations to Gotham's charitable arm from
members of Open House will be collected and passed on to the trust in
Gotham's name.

The Welles Remy Crowther Charitable Trust was established in September,
2001 by the Crowther Family after the death of their son, Welles, in the
WTC Tower 2 to honor and keep their beloved son's memory alive through
good works benefitting young people. Welles was a true civilian hero on
9/11 as he saved the lives of people trapped on the 78th floor Sky Lobby
before losing his own life. Welles is the only civilian to be
posthumously named an honorary New York City firefighter.

Their Mission is to recognize and reward academic and athletic
excellence in young men and women who serve their communities. The
Trust supports many other not-for-profit organizations that benefit
young people through annual gifts and special awards.

To hear more about the Trust, contact Gotham Member Jeff Crowther
directly (JCrowther at hvbank.com) or visit www.crowthertrust.org
<http://www.crowthertrust.org/> . Or better yet, Ride the Circuit to a
Gotham Open House meeting and meet Jeff in person.

Best Regards,
