Subject: [Fredslist] Speeding Tickets

I have one person (my son) with a speeding ticket in Ulster, Ulster County,
NY
And one person (friend) with a speeding ticket in Chesterfield, Essex
County (near Lake Placid).

Is anyone familiar with current NYS law/procedures concerning speeding
tickets, or know anyone in either of these counties? It used to be
possible to negotiate, but I understand that may have changed.

Many thanks.
