Hi Fred!

I hope your summer is going well.  And softball too.  My softball team in
New Jersey is undefeated, so of course I am having a ball.

Sorry to be back in touch when I need something, but it is urgent that I
find a contact in the General Counsel's office at American Express.  It is
a complicated matter, but the short version is that an authorized user on
my credit card charged over $70,000 in UNAUTHORIZED charges and I cannot
get any redress from the ordinary processes set up at Am EX.

Any chance you have any contacts there or know someone who might?
