[Fredslist] Cheap Parking for 1 or 2 days in NYC?

Hello All,
 
    A friend is driving into town either late  Thursday afternoon or Friday 
morning to stay up to 48 hours and seeks a  reasonable parking lot either:
 
    - on the UWS as close to Riverside and 95 as  possible
    - on the UES as close to Second and 68 as  possible
    - Port Authority area
    - Lincoln Center/West End Ave area
 
   Any suggestions greatly appreciated!
