Okay Gotham . . .  One clarification about the outstanding educational
seminars coming up in Spring 08,
regarding the May 29 date with Maria Guida, Successful Speaker, Inc.:

Maria will be presenting techniques from the theater to help you become a
more persuasive and dynamic speaker in business.

All Gotham seminars will be presented in the conference room of Klein
Zelman, 15th floor of 485 Madison Avenue between 51st and 52nd Streets on
Thursday mornings at 9AM. 

Each seminar will be limited to the first 20 participants and require an
individual registration. Each seminar will be advertised by the presenter,
who will each receive your RSVPs for their respective presentations.
