A small, successful boutique seeks to hire an associate with 5 to 12 years of experience with both criminal and federal civil litigation matters.  The qualified candidate must (1) be able to supervise complex commercial litigation; (2) have significant substantive experience, including taking and defending depositions; and (3) have experience (a) as an ADA or AUSA or significant law firm criminal litigation experience AND (b) federal complex commercial litigation experience.  The firm specializes primarily in criminal litigation but also handles complex commercial litigation matters.
