Job Description:            

Wall Street Law Firm seeks person with 5-7 years experience to maintain
general ledger, supervise staff of three, account analysis and
reconciliation, periodic financial reporting, payroll and special
projects.  This is a roll-up-your sleeves position. Prior CPA or law
firm background is a plus.  Must be comfortable with technology and
proficient in Excel. Interested candidates should fax their resume and
