I've said it before, but without Paul Napolitano and his crew, my apartment
-- laden with mold until they took care of it -- would still be unlivable.
Paul makes sure it's done thoroughly, done cleanly, done right. Paul is
the man! Not only that, if there were a calendar competition, I'd vote for
Paul and so would Annie!

I just want to piggyback on Scott's comments. Being an adjuster for the
policyholder means having everything for your client at your fingertips.
Whenever, I have a client who has experienced water damage or fire damage
to their home or business, I call in Paul to "clean up the mess". Paul is
at the sight within a couple of hours of my call and he puts all of my
clients at ease with his good nature, experience and professionalism. Don't
turn to anyone but Paul when you need help re:damage (water, mold, etc.) to
