Kudos to Gotham's Dan Schaefer, all of you who wrote and helped, and,  OK, I 
will take a little for myself. T_Mobil has seen the error of its ways  and 
forgiven Lisa's debt, closed the account, and it shows a zero balance. God  bless 
everyone who sent emails and pushed so hard. 
 
I am over the moon for her and for Kristoffer.
