Job Title: Bulk Consumer electronics Sales Associate 
Description: Nuvo is seeking candidates for a Regional Sales Manager who will share the commitment to educating and trailblazing innovative product mixes to our retailers . This position is focused on maximizing sales and profits of products sold through specialty stores, mass accounts and ancillary businesses. Candidates with an account following are preferred. 

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of five years demonstrated success in consumer goods. Experience in trend,electronics products or children areas are preferred. Qualified candidates must be assertive with leadership qualities and high energy level, as well as, possess an interest in training and education. 

Profit Based Compensation 

The new system will compensate you for projects or orders that you ALONE create and execute. 

Any project that requires multiple person assistance will be calculated on prorated basis. This will not include an accounts that are not directly serviced by you. If the customer does not know your name then they don't know who you are and it will not be counted. 

COMPENSATION WILL BE 10% of NET profits. Which means after all expenses and landed costs including outside office fees. 

IF the projects include an outside sales rep their commission will be 
considered an out side fee and the rate of your compensation will be 
5% of net profits of the project. 

The following basic expenses will apply but they are not all encompassing. 
2% factoring expense 
2% finance and interest 
4% design and packaging 
1% inventory closeouts 
5% warehouse costs 
7% administrative costs 
2% tradeshow and advertising 
1% mailing costs 
2% samples costs and freight 
15% importation and duty costs added to first cost 

THESE COSTS ARE CALCULATED ON THE COMPLETED SALES DOLLARS. 

They do not include any sales discounts returns damages or any customers allowances whether year end or monthly. 

Actual costs may be much higher depending on the product factory country 
and special requirements or handling needed and will be calculated on a 
case by case basis.
