See the below email lashing from the member of the "Magnicent 17", Barbara Schwartz, whose name I absent mindedly omitted from my blog. As best as I can remember, everything she writes is true. What I do know is she was a key member on the bus. Sorry Barbara!

Dear Fred,
.....that made you forget, that I, Barbara E. Schwartz, too, was one of the "Magnificent 17," that was not mentioned (passengers on the journey to Boston, even though a contingency of the "Schwartz tribe" was named, (Alan, not related), on your blog!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Although, late to arrive, I can swear, I endured the lengthy trip to Boston and back to New York (never did get a wink of sleep!), played trivial pursuit, with the best of um! (believe, I got the correct answer as to the official pie of Boston, so the New York contingency could win the contest)) and definitively ate some chowda, (although, missing when I left you, Fred to baby sit for my chowda, only to find it in a shopping bag, half gone), imbibed the "fruits of the vine, and know, I believe in the credo of the Gotham tribe, "It is better to give, than receive."...Okay, the only excuse you could have for excluding me from the list of the day and night trippers to Boston is..and the answer is.."TBD" (because "what happens on the bus, stays on the bus!!!" )

                                                                                        Regards,
                                                                                     Barbara E. Schwartz
