A major upstate company located in the Syracuse area is looking to hire an associate counsel to specialize in labor and employment.  The ideal candidate will be admitted in New York and have at least 7 years of experience in all facets of labor and employment matters, particularly defending discrimination and other employment matters before administrative tribunals (NYS DHR) and in court.  Experience at a good law firm defending management in employment matters is required and a good academic record at a recognziable law school is a big plus.
