[Fredslist] Reverse Mortgage

I am looking for a reverse mortgage for a client who lives in a senior 
development.  The rules of the development provide that an owner is limited 
by the amount which they can resell their co-op by based on a formula tied 
to annual increases in the CPI.  Does anyone know any mortgage brokers who 
might be able to help?
