Hey Guys, 

I must find an office space asap for six months as I plan on a major
expansion in October but until then I need around 400 sf with 24/7
access b/c you all know how much of a work horse I am! Anyhow, if you
can help me ( I OWE YOU BIG TIME). The places I have looked at require a
5 year lease and I will out grow the small space by October. 

Does anyone know of anything? Helpppppppp.
