A good friend of mine has created a great website that is available at
no charge. The site is designed for anyone who manages a group of people
within an organization and needs to track who will be attending. Its
main purpose is for coaches of sports teams to track practices and games
but is also used for personal groups who play basketball, poker,
Mahjong, etc...

 

It's free, easy to use, and great for those who need it.

Friends,

 

As many of you already know, I created a web site to help group
organization, usually sports groups, keep track of their group's
participation for each game.  Simply, both the organizers and the
players can see everyone's status in real-time.  

 

Our goal was simply to provide a site that reduces email and phone calls
that most coaches and organizers dread.

 

I am testing a new version, which can be found at www.gameschedule.biz.
IT IS FREE.  I have been using the first version of this site for 3
years and our weekly  basketball game runs very smoothly.  Check it out
and feel free to pass this email around to anyone who can use it.  I am
going to begin selling ad space on the right-side of the page for any
person or business interested in supporting the site or a group.

About GameSchedule.biz

GameSchedule.biz is FREE secure web site designed for coaches and
organizers to simplify group organization. How? Instead of sending out
mass-emails to your group,GameSchedule.biz provides your group with the
ability to update their status real-time. This provides the group's
organizer and the members with an easy way to track the participation
for a given event.
Setup your group in three easy steps:

1.	Click on Group Setup on the menu and fill-out the form 
2.	Use your administrator's password to login and add your group
member 
3.	Send an email to your group with a link and site, the group's
name, and group's password 

What do the group members see?

1.	After logging into the web site, a page is displayed that shows
everyone's status in your group. 
2.	With a simple click, each group member can change their status.
When a player's status is changed, an automatic email is sent to the
group member acknowledging the change in status. 
3.	Emailing other group members is as simple as clicking on the
member's name. 

Group Administrators can:

1.	Change group information one single web page 
2.	Add a custom message to the player's screen to inform the group
of important information 
3.	Add, edit and delete player information 

Privacy:

All of the personal information (names, email address and phone numbers)
will not be sold or distributed by GameSchedule.biz.  Our goal is simple
to make the organization process easier.
