I notice that a number of you now use the greeting to Gotham that I originated.
We might have to start talking royalties. ;-)
 
At any rate, here's an interesting request on behalf of a friend:
 
My friend has been successfully running a pizzeria/restaurant in Brooklyn for
quite a few years. He is now interested in expanding into Manhattan and would
like to secure space in Penn Station or Grand Central Station. The planned
expansion of Penn Station might provide an opportunity.
 
Would anyone in Gotham be in a position to speak with my friend about how he
could go about securing the space he desires or have a contact associated with
Penn Station or Grand Central station who would speak with him? I will pass on
any available contact information.
