Hi Gotham,
My license to practice works in New York and I have a Jersey issue. My  
son-in-law is incorporating a business in New Jersey and an accountant here in  NY 
is telling him he needs a"resident agent" in Jersey. Before he makes his  
choice for that person I would like to know the duties, responsibilities,  
liabilities etc. one assumes in that resident agent role. Thanks in  advance.
