[Fredslist] October 25 seminar on raising capital

In addition to the September 18 seminar I am attempting to put together a 1/2 day seminar for October 25th on raising capital.

We are searching for a location, sponsors, and one person that is a private investor to be on the panel.  All panelists are Gotham members and 3 have been identified who include a bank, an accountant, and an attorney.  Gotham Member Rand Brenner and myself are putting this together for October 25th.  Any help you can provide is much appreciated.
