Gothamites,

 	Which would you rather have - a check for $ 175 or a check for
$ 1,000?

 	Knowing the correct answer is the difference between winning &
losing an election in NYC.

 	Joel Schnur (joel at schnurassociates.com) knows how to turn $ 175
into $ 1,050.00 using the 6-to-1 campaign donation matching rules that
will apply to the 2009 Election races.

 	I've always written checks for $ 500, or $ 1,000 - thinking that
helped my candidates more than a mire $ 100 or $ 250 donation.

 	Boy WAS I WRONG!

 	Current rules transform the 1st $ 250 into $ 1,000 via 4-to-1
match.

 	New rules for 2009 transform the 1st $ 175 into $ 1,050 via a
6-to-1 match.

 	So, if you're active in NYC politics, want to help your candidates
win (or the other guy lose!), pick Gothamite Joel Schnur's brain.

 	He knows more about electing candidates, squashing bills, etc.
than anyone else I know.
