My brother and sister-in-law, owners of a building, are being sued by a
workman who suffered personal injuries while employed by them at the
building. They are being represented by the insurance company's counsel
but are unhappy with the representation and are considering hiring
someone on their own to serve as co-counsel. Will the insurance company
object to such an arrangement? Does anyone have any recommendations?
