Greetings –
I wanted to let my friends and colleagues know that I’m selling my B&B, the
Glens Falls Inn. While I have loved being in this incredible place – the
house is a mint-restored and renovated 1880s Victorian – and I have enjoyed
running the Inn and exploring all the area has to offer, I have become very busy
in NYC real estate, and feel I am not doing justice to this lovely place. I am
there only some of the time, although the Inn is open and doing a very
respectable business.
This is someone’s dream come true – not mine, necessarily, but for someone
who wants to step into an ongoing concern, with repeat customers and a
built-in base of guests due to the location at the foothills of the Adirondacks, and
half-way between Saratoga Springs and Lake George. The original carriage
house is crying out to be turned into an owner’s home or additional guest
quarters, with the 3 original horse-stalls providing a unique historic perspective.
While running this B&B is not a lot of work, it can be profitable,
especially when you count the fact that all your housing and living expenses are
legitimately accounted for in the business.
If you or anyone you know might have an interest in this opportunity, please
don’t hesitate to call or write me. I’ve attached a flier, and you can see
sales information at www.jcdeniro.com, web ID #1144, and at
www.bedandbreakfastforsale.com, as well as all the Inn details at www.glensfallsinn.com,
(which includes a link to an article published in RoadRunner magazine about a
motorcycle tour of the area, based from the Inn). The Inn is being co-broked with
NYC brokers, and brokers from anywhere around the country are welcome.
Hoping that the Gotham magic will work, as I've seen it happen for so many
people!
Best,
Squad
