Director of Operations - salary to $120K

30-person firm.  Need business & financial mgt. experience including
budgeting, monitoring cash flow, collections, payroll, contract review with
clients, reporting and analysis.  Will also handle administrative oversight,
facilities, and HR.

 

Business Analyst - salary to $125K

Compensation consulting firm.  Research and analyze client compensation
packages.  Need creative thinker to recommend compensation strategies.
Prepare client presentations for boards of directors.     Position involves
analysis as well as relationship management.
