[Fredslist] Calling All Swimmers

You may recall that last summer Gothamite Craig Bruck and myself swam one
mile across Oyster Bay Harbor as part of an annual Red Cross event.  It is
very "down home" and non competitive, as it is not a race (fins are
allowed) and there are different starts for age groups and swimming skill.
Please join the "Gotham Swim Club" in Oyster Bay, LI, on Friday 8/11 for
this year's swim at 1:00.  If you are interested please let me know and I
will fax you the application.  The tax deductible entrance fee is $25.
