[Fredslist] Basement problem

We have been having a problem with water seeping into our basement 
during heavy rainstorms. Does anyone know someone who can fix this 
problem? I'm not sure whether I need a waterproof guy, or a drywell guy 
or someone else. I live in the  Five Towns area of Long Island.
